ELEGANCE IS AN ESSENTIAL INGREDIENT

An elegant space with a gently elegant atmosphere, framed by a large window with a view of the flower garden in front of the Lake and walls featuring Jardin d’Osier wallpaper by Hermès: our new Restaurant Room has been completely renovated in a contemporary style, with a retro twist provided by modern furniture and the iconic Italian design of the chairs by Carlo de Carli for Cassina, timeless beauty from 1959.

For our cuisine we have chosen high quality products, secrets from Piedmont tradition and a focus on today’s tastes and needs, proposing recipes created ad hoc for our guests by chef Enrico Varalli. In his hands, fresh and light ingredients blend well with the intense flavours of local specialities and are transformed into dishes appreciated even by the most demanding palates and international tastes. A famous saying goes: “rice is born in water and dies in wine”. And here you will always find a selection of artfully prepared risotto dishes paired with Piedmont wine to accompany it at its best. These are the riches of our territory, and we celebrate them in our menu.
