From what time is the room available on the day of arrival and what time should it be vacated on the day of departure?

Check-In is possible from 15:00, Check-Out is until 12:00.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, our rates always include a breakfast buffet.

When can I cancel my booking free of charge?

In the case of a direct booking with the hotel (via website, telephone or email), cancellation is free of charge if made within 2 days prior to arrival – e.g. booking for the 15th of May, free cancellation until 23:59 of the 12th of May.

If, on the other hand, the booking was made through a different portal (Booking.com, Expedia.com, etc.), the cancellation is free of charge only if made within 3 days prior to arrival – e.g. booking for the 15th of May, free cancellation until 11:59pm of the 11th of May.

Does the Hotel have a private car park?

Yes, our hotel has a garage (subject to availability) and a private outdoor car park which is always available – both are free of charge for our guests. We do not accept reservations.

What safety regulations are applied in the hotel to prevent COVID-19 infection?

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, small and medium-sized dogs (max. 25kg) are welcome in our hotel for an additional fee of € 20 per day to the booking fee and subject to compliance with our Pet Policy, which must be signed no later than the time of arrival. Bowls and kennel/cupboard will be provided in the room.

Are the rooms accessible to disabled persons?

Yes, but our hotel has a limited number of adequately equipped rooms, which is why we ask you to make a specific request at the time of booking.

Can the restaurant also accommodate guests with special dietary requirements?

Yes, please let us know your needs when you make your reservation and we will be happy to do our best to accommodate different requests.

Does the hotel offer a transfer service to/from airports?

Yes, you can submit your request at the time of booking and we will contact our partners who offer this service.

Does the hotel offer a laundry service?

es, you will find all the information inside the digital booklet which you can access thanks to the QR Code in your room.

Is it possible to enter the Sky Bar without being a hotel resident?

Yes, our Sky Bar is a venue open to the public with free access subject to availability – reservations are accepted from a minimum of 8 people only if associated with the food service.

In fact, it is possible to book in advance reinforced aperitifs, cocktail dînatoire and after dinnerin order to have a reserved space and a dedicated buffet.

For lunch, it is possible to reserve a table under the Gazebo from 12:30 to 2:30 pm.

Please note that in the event of a large turnout, Hotel resident guests will have priority over outside guests without reservations.

Can Sky Bar guests access the Sky Pool?

No, our Sky Pool is reserved for hotel guests only.

Is it possible to enter the Beach Club without being a hotel resident?

No, our Beach Club is reserved only for guests residing in the Hotel. However, it can be reserved exclusively for private events every day from 19:30 onwards.

Is it possible to access the Panoramic SPA without being a hotel resident?

No, our Panoramic SPA is reserved only for guests residing in the Hotel. Due to current anti-COVID restrictions, access to the SPA is only possible by reservation. We recommend that you book a slot for entry to the fitness area or for a treatment before your arrival.

Is it possible to rent one of the hotel locations exclusively?

Yes, Sky Bar and Beach Club can be rented in part or exclusively for private events.

Cancellations and prepayment
In case of direct booking with the hotel (via website, telephone or email) cancellation is free of charge, if made within 2 days prior to arrival – e.g. booking for the 15th of May, free cancellation until 23:59 on the 12th of May.
For bookings of more than 5 rooms the cancellation policy may vary and an advance payment may be required.

Children and extra beds
Children in the age group of 0 to 2 years can sleep in their parents’ bed at no extra charge, but alternatively we can provide a suitable cot at an extra charge of €25 per day.
For children 3 to 12 years of age an extra bed is set up and the extra charge for the stay is €40 per day (even if the extra bed is not requested). Above the age of 12, a third bed (for adults) is charged at € 60 per day.

Four-legged guests
Small and medium-sized dogs (max. 25kg) are welcome at our hotel for an extra charge of € 25 per day to the booking fee and subject to compliance with our Pet Policy, which must be signed no later than the time of arrival. Bowls and a kennel/cupboard will be provided in your room.
